Supplier Declarations

Calumet customers who operate in European markets must comply with European Union (EU) Directive RoHS and REACH requirements for product content disclosure. Therefore, Calumet requires its materials suppliers to submit product substance content declarations for their products as they are supplied to Calumet in response to the EU Directive and to other rapidly expanding global regulations.

Calumet has developed and implemented a materials declaration management system based on the IPC 1752A standard, the Joint Industry Guide (JIG), and on BOMcheck™, an internet-based materials declaration management service. Calumet strongly encourages its suppliers to join BOMcheck™ to manage their materials declarations to support industry standards.

Although Calumet recommends that its materials suppliers join BOMcheck™, it is not mandatory to making a materials declaration to Calumet. Please Contact Us to request additional information on how to submit a materials declaration to Calumet.
