Help us celebrate America’s first dedicated panel level organic substrate facility.

Center for Advanced Substrate Technology

A milestone in
American manufacturing

On September 3, 2026, Calumet Electronics will unveil the nation’s first dedicated panel level organic substrate facility. Built on U.S. soil. For U.S. needs.

Every semiconductor requires a substrate, the foundational layer connecting the chip to the system it powers. Until now, the United States relied on overseas sources for that capability. The Department of War identified the vulnerability and asked Calumet Electronics to help solve it.

The Center for Advanced Substrate Technology is the answer.
