At Calumet Electronics, the strength of our organization comes from the people who support our customers and work together to deliver high-quality solutions. This month, we’re proud to highlight Teresa Gruver, Principal Account Manager in our Sales Department.
Teresa joined Calumet Electronics on June 6, 2016, and has played a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers. As a Principal Account Manager, her work centers around ensuring that customer accounts remain healthy, supported, and positioned for growth.
Her role combines strategic planning, relationship-building, and problem-solving. Teresa works closely with customers to understand their business goals while coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects stay on track and deliver measurable value.
From coordinating project details to meeting tight production timelines, Teresa consistently goes above and beyond to support both our customers and our team. Her persistence, communication, and dedication help ensure customers receive their products on time while maintaining the high standards Calumet Electronics is known for.
As Teresa explains:

A lifelong local to the region, Teresa enjoys spending time exploring the Keweenaw Peninsula with her husband on side-by-side rides during the summer months. She also values time with family and their dog, Zeus. During the winter, Teresa stays active by participating in a bowling league and enjoys unwinding in the evenings with knitting. We’re grateful to have Teresa as part of the Calumet Electronics team and appreciate the dedication she brings to supporting our customers and colleagues every day.
