PRECISION AND DEDICATION POWER MEGAN’S SUCCESS ON THE FLOOR

Meet Megan Vichich

For Megan Vichich, attention to detail is more than just part of the job—it’s her specialty. As a Factory Operator in the Outer Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) department, Megan plays a critical role in ensuring that every outer layer of our circuit boards is thoroughly inspected for defects before moving on in the production process. Since joining the team in 2021, she’s brought a sharp eye and steady focus to a fast-paced environment where quality is everything.

Her skills don’t stop there. In October 2024, Megan expanded her impact by becoming cross-trained as an SES operator. Now, she also helps run the etching line that carves intricate features into each panel after plating—bringing precision and care to yet another essential step in the manufacturing process.

“Megan consistently demonstrates hard work, dedication, and a strong work ethic,” says her supervisor. “She contributes to a productive, supportive, and collaborative environment, and sets a great example for the entire team.”

When she’s not inspecting boards or running the etching line, Megan enjoys spending time outdoors—especially hiking and swimming in the big lake. She also loves cooking, curling up with a good book, and hanging out with her beloved cat, Haji.

Whether she’s ensuring product quality or helping keep operations flowing, Megan brings reliability, focus, and a calm presence to everything she does. We’re lucky to have her on the team.
