Meet Angela Beaudoin
Since 2019, Angela Beaudoin has been a cornerstone of the Develop and Inspection team on Factory 4’s 1st shift. With a calm precision and a deep sense of responsibility, she starts each day by organizing her station and ensuring the developer is primed for the high-priority orders ahead. From there, her attention turns to inspecting parts with a sharp eye, making sure each one meets IPC-A-600 standards—standards our customers count on, and Angela proudly upholds.
Keeping the developer running smoothly is no small task. “You’ve got to be able to think on your feet to get back on track quickly,” she explains. And that’s exactly what she does—turning potential disruptions into quick recoveries, all while maintaining quality and pace. Her role demands consistency, adaptability, and focus—and Angela brings it all with a smile.
Angela is also cross trained in Sprint, LPI, and Expose, which adds flexibility and depth to her contributions. Her knowledge and versatility make her an invaluable part of the production line, and her team knows they can count on her to deliver.
“Angela’s work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude have consistently exceeded expectations,” her supervisor shared. “She doesn’t just complete tasks—she elevates the entire team. An invaluable asset to our organization!”
For Angela, the pride is mutual.
“This really is the best job I’ve ever had,” she says. “I like the stability, the people, and the work itself. I’m very proud to be here because I know that every day, I get to contribute to the extremely important work we’re doing. I’m thankful to have been here 5 years, and I can’t wait to see what the next 5 years at CEC will bring!”
Off the floor, Angela enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, diving into video games, and continuously learning new things. Her curiosity and joy in discovery echo the same energy she brings to work—steadfast, inquisitive, and always evolving.
