Where Craft Meets Consistency: Olivia’s Impact on LPI Production

Employee Spotlight: Olivia Karrio.

Olivia Karrio plays a key role in our LPI Department as a Sprint Operator on first shift. In her role, she applies silkscreen artwork to panels—a critical step in the PCB manufacturing process. Olivia brings added value through her strong cross-training, contributing to Sprint, LPI Develop, Post-Etch Punch, and Pre-ENIG/Surface Inspection.

Her team shares that “Olivia is a tremendous asset to our LPI department, where she is cross–trained in many areas. Her excellent attendance and willingness to go above and beyond at CEC make her an outstanding employee!”

For Olivia, the work itself is part of the excitement. “I think it’s so cool that we manufacture panels for varying companies across the US,” she says.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys dirt biking with her husband, playing video games, gardening, and cooking. She also graduated from the Great Lakes Culinary Institute in 2014—a passion that continues to inspire her creativity today.
